Job Description


* Interacting with clients through phone calls and gathering their requirements

* Product Pitching – based on client requirement
* Submitting call & feedback reports on daily basis
* Making outbound calls for resolving queries / verification / sales
• Solving customer queries.
• Handling enquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities.

* FIXED DAY SHIFT (Shift Window : 8 am to 8 pm)
