Job Description
• This will be highly talented motivational, engaging hands-on position that possesses strong interior design abilities, business acumen and proven successful track record in delivering high-end residential and commercial interiors.
• Interior Designer for site management should specialize in Luxury Interior Residential, Retail, Restaurant and Hospitality design.
• Conceptualization of Interior Schemes with latest trends in the design industry.
• Working in a team with other designers.
• Acquiring key information about projects and discussing requirements in detail with clients and setting project schedules.
• Understanding individual clients' needs, developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
• Considering materials and costs according to set budgets.
• Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project from books, magazines and internet.
• Producing 'sample' or 'mood' boards for presentation to clients;
• Sourcing products and providing samples for clients;
• Lay outing, Co-ordinating with Vendors, Contractors and Site Associates to get the interiors executed.
• Organizing data in various worksheets like Minutes of Meeting, Drawing lists, Actionable plans, Snag list, Pending work list etc.
• Prepare/ Check Estimates/ BOQ.
• Candidate should be able to handle multiple jobs independently.
• Daily paperwork management including filing and putting data in the right folders.
• Daily co-ordination with site associates and clients allotted to him/her
• Preparing Detail Cad drawing and checking the Auto CAD drawings of Team.
• Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry
