Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Process & Controls :
a. AR Recovery follow up
b. Payment Application Hygiene in the absence of Payment Advice
c. Review of claims processed by central processing cell
d. Posting of Credit Notes into JDE with enhanced TAT
e. Document Management-BGs, LC etc
f. CFA Audits for Order to Cash Documentation
2. Partnering :
a. Customers Query Resolution on Claims/Credit Notes
b. Customer Reconciliations
c. Institutional AR statements customized-Proactive circulation to customers
d. Partnering for LC clearance in co-ordination with Bank
e. Handling Patient Refund Claims - Processing, Review, Accounting
